Onboarding Process

Submit Interest Form: Fill out the Volunteer Interest Form on our website or email us at info@hopeworksglobal.org
Introductory Call/Interview: Meet with a HopeWorks Global team member to discuss your interests, skills, and the best volunteer role for you.
Orientation & Training: Attend an orientation session to learn about our mission, values, and the impact of your role. Role-specific training will be provided where needed.
Background Check (if applicable): For roles working directly with vulnerable populations, a background check will be required.
Placement & Support: Begin volunteering in your chosen role with ongoing support and mentorship from our team.
Recognition & Growth: Receive acknowledgment of your contributions, and explore opportunities for leadership, skill development, and expanded involvement.
